National School of Administration
Building an e-learning platform on public finance for the ENA and the CAGES

Our Solution
The objective:
To address the challenges of the National School of Administration (ENA), Xbit followed an approach built on four key stages: understanding who the users are and what their environment looks like; identifying user problems and selecting the pain points to solve; co-designing innovative solutions directly connected to user expectations; then testing by presenting those solutions to users, so as to challenge our own assumptions
Our approach:
User testing was carried out across the four key stages:
- To sharpen our understanding of client needs and of the specifics of each profile, a qualitative research phase was run through a series of interviews, completed by standardised questionnaires — so-called usability scales.
- Once the wireframes were validated, a moderated testing phase began in order to confirm the first proposals.
The plus:
After an in-depth study of the existing setup, Xbit's UI/UX team focused on designing and implementing a user experience shaped around the target audience for the training (public finance practitioners and fund administrators).
